When you buy an Ameritz backing track you buy both the sound recording and the rights to use the sound recording for you own personal use.
The rights associated with the tracks are split between Ameritz and the music publishers.
The PRS For Music have granted Ameritz a digital download licence to do this.
Ameritz reports all it’s sales to PRS For Music regularly so the original publishers get paid.
When you buy a track from us you can be sure that the music is totally legal.
