Q:
How do I download tracks?
A: 
1. Click on the ‘Buy’ button to the right of each track title you wish to purchase.

2. Once your selection is complete click ‘View Shopping Cart/Checkout’ at the top right of the page to see a summary of your order. (You can remove tracks here if you wish)

3. Click ‘Proceed To Checkout’

4. You will now asked to log in or register.

5. You will then go through to our secure payment site where you will be asked for your debit/credit card details.

6. Once payment has gone through you will be directed to 'My Downloads' where you can download the tracks by following the on screen instructions.
Q:
Can I hear a preview of each track before purchasing?
A: 
Yes! Just click the green ‘play’ button at the right hand side of each track. The preview should begin immediately. If the music stops please click the Green play button on the player.

What payments methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following debit/credit cards:



Other individual card availability depends on customer location.

How do I download tracks once I have paid for them?
A: 
Once you have paid you will be prompted to go back to the Ameritz store, at this point you will be directed to your personal ‘My Downloads’ section.

In here you can download the tracks by clicking the ‘Download’ tab to the right of the track name.

Select ‘Save’ to download the tracks to your computer. At this point please be sure to choose a folder location where you can easily find the tracks. We recommend saving in either ‘My Music’ or ‘Desktop’.

Note - You can access ‘My Downloads’ at any time 24/7 after you have placed your order. Simply 'Log in' using the link on the top right, then click 'Click here to view your profile' - top right

Help! I wasn’t redirected to the download page, how do I download my tracks?
A: 
If you were not re-directed to the download page, or left the download page too soon, you can access and re-download your tracks at no extra charge following the instructions below:

- Please go to the Ameritz homepage and login with your email address and password.

- Once logged in select ‘Click here to view your profile’ at the top right of the screen.

- You will be taken to the ‘My Downloads’ section.

- Click the ‘Download’ tab to the right of the track name.

- Select ‘Save’ to download the tracks to a location of your choice.

Can you take orders over the telephone?
A: 
I am afraid not. All our backing tracks are only available via www.Ameritz.co.uk Contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page if you need any help with this.
Q:
My Download has only partially completed, what should I do?
A: 
If a track is downloading in part this can be due a slow or intermittent Internet connection.

Please delete any partially downloaded versions of the track saved to your computer. Try to re-download again from your ‘My Downloads’ section when you have a better connection.
Q:
Do your tracks come in other keys?
A: 
The backing tracks are delivered in the original key. If you wish to alter the key of the tracks you'll need to download some software to change the pitch. If you search the web using the term 'Key Shifter' you will see many options.
Q:
Why wasn’t my payment successful?
A: 
Unfortunately we can't see why card transactions are rejected, we just get information as to whether the transaction has gone through successfully or not.

We advise that you contact your card issuer. They should be able provide more information as to why this has happened and how to rectify any issues.

My purchased tracks aren’t showing up in my Order History
A: 
Please contact us with your order ID number (found on your confirmation email) and we will be happy to help.
Q:
How can I update my personal details?
A: 
If you need to change your email, password, address or any other personal information, please log into the Ameritz site with your email address and password.

- Once logged in select ‘Click here to view your profile’ at the top right of the screen.

- Click the ‘My Account’ Tab.

- Enter your new information and select ‘Update’.
Q:
Do your tracks fade out?
A: 
No, none of the tracks fade out. We always compose an ending to make it sound like you are singing with live musicians.
Q:
Do you provide karaoke tracks or midi files?
A: 
No, our tracks are audio only backing tracks, we do not provide tracks with on screen graphics or lyrics, we can currently only supply tracks in MP3 format.
