I cannot hear the track preview?

You will need the latest Adobe flash player. If you do not already have this you can download the latest version for free from www.adobe.com or click on the download button below.



Your broadband connection speed will determine how long it will take to download the sample.

You may also find that the preview does not play for the full 45 seconds. In this case drag your curser over the progress bar. You will notice a circle will appear. You can pick this up and drag the preview back to the start, to play it again.

How do I receive my downloaded tracks?

Once you have placed your order you will be sent to your own unique download page.

By right clicking in the ‘download’ link to the right of each track title you will be able to download each track.

Apple Mac users please remember to use ‘control’ and then click on the download link then select 'Save As a Link File'

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU USE A FAST CONNECTION SUCH AS BROADBAND

ALL AMERITZ TRACKS ARE MP3. THEY ARE RECORDED AT 192kbps.

Please note - Your links are now live from the date you ordered. You can now 'log in' and then click on your 'Order History' (top right of the screen) to view your previous orders.

Do all your tracks sound exactly like the record?

Please be aware that we make professional re-creations of tracks. They are not renditions by the original artists. However, please note, the tracks are not midi-files and are produced using live musicians and backing vocalists to create a great sound for any performance.

My shopping cart keeps emptying itself before i have finished shopping

As with all shopping carts you must have your cookies enabled. Your browsers internet properties will have a feature which either allows them or not.

Please note browsers are, like all software, imperfect and sometimes misrender pages. In this case, clearing the cache or "Temporary Internet Files" and reloading the page may help.

How do I change my postal/email address?

You can change your postal and/or email address by logging in using your email and password. Then click on the 'My Account' tab on the top right of the screen.

Do your tracks FADE OUT?

No, none of the tracks fade out. We always compose an ending to make it sound like you are singing with live musicians.

I want to sing 'xxxx' but I don't know how the vocal line goes.

If you wish to purchase the original song with the complete vocal we recommend a number of legal sites that have a very comprehensive collection of music to buy.

Do you issue Refunds?

The content and service is provided on an "as is" basis. All songs come with demos, therefore you are encouraged to listen to them before you buy. Under these terms of sale we cannot issue refunds.

We cannot refund songs that have been purchased by the customer in error. However should the purchased track be damaged (eg: CD fault/missing track/wrong track) we will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Do you sell midi-files?

No, we do *not* sell midi-files. The tracks are delivered audio only CD's or as MP3's
